Custom Online Registration Form
Eventbee makes it simple to create custom online registration form for your events.
With this unique feature, you can easily create and customize questions for your customers at both the ticket and/or the transaction level. You can easily export this information collected from the customers into either Excel, CSV, or PDF format.
Customize your online registration form by creating questions at the transaction level. By default we ask buyer’s first name, last name, and email. You can create additional questions, such as buyer’s company name, buyer’s location, and so on.
You have the option to make these questions either optional or mandatory, as well as asking them by multiple choice or open answer.
To create a new transaction level question in the online registration form, click the "Add New Question" located at the bottom of the Transaction Level Questions box.
By default we collect attendee first and last name at the ticket level. You can use ticket level questions feature as a chance to ask attendees additional information for their selected tickets leading up to the event.
As with Transaction Level Questions, you can make these questions either optional or mandatory, as well as asking them by multiple choice or open answer
To create a new ticket level question in the online registration form, click the"Add New Question" link located at the bottom of the Ticket Level Questions box to create a new question, and then select the tickets to which you would like to ask the question to.
